Family Update - 37 weeks
Melissa is...
- Officially 37 weeks pregnant, which means the baby is full term and can be born now. Okay, we are ready and waiting...
- Still working on Christmas presents
- Enjoying dvr-ing random movies and watching them after dinner with her family while working on a few stichery projects. Lately, I've watched Nancy Drew, Fiddler on the Roof, Ice Princess, Dakota, The Pelican Brief, Last of the Mohicans, Crocodile Dundee 1, etc... Good times.
- Swimming at the public pool and hoping everyone sees she is pregnant when they wonder why she is so slow. I'm easily lapped by the senior citizen crowd.
- happy her brother came home from school today and excited to see her sister and brother-in-law this Saturday.
- hoping they finally found a place in Rexburg - Nicole will be inspecting for us tomorrow morning.
Scott is...- Having too much fun experimenting with camera equipment with my dad. Hence the lovely top picture and the above picture. Both are samples from some lighting experiment.
- Very nice to his pregnant wife and even shares his bowl of icecream.
- Excited for the new baby and wishing we could decide on a name already.
- Missing kiteboarding and still tells me when the wind is blowing strong enough to go ride. Poor Scott :(
Leo is...- Loving having the attention of more people in the house, in addition to more comfortable couches to sit/sleep/cuddle on.
- Constantly trying to sneak upstairs to eat the cat's food.
- Scared of the cat, Molly. And Molly knows it! She seems to take pleasure in staring him down and chasing him when he runs around.
- Adjusting to the Northwest very well - thanks to his cute fleece (courtesy of Scott) and winter jacket. I still feel bad for his poor paws when it is wet and cold.
