Poulsbo trip in photos

After 2.5 weeks home, I've returned to my frozen home in Idaho. Here are a few photos from the last couple weeks. My mom has more on her blog, too - if you care.

Soren and Grandpa had some great bonding time...

... So did Nanna and Soren.

We were able to visit with my Grandpa. I love Soren's smile in this picture.
My good friends Meghan and Jenna came over to play. Jenna's kids are so cute! Don't mistake the little girl for Meghan's, even though she is on her lap.

This is about the closest Sandro and Soren got to "playing together." Soren had just woken up and was pretty out of it. Sandro on the other hand, was beyond tired and ready for a nap. Poor boys.
Isn't he adorable? I love those big eyes and cheeks.

Here I am, refereeing.
My mom and I went out for Tea in Port Gamble. They have the best scones and chocolate.

Soren at breakfast... looking really out of it.
Soren sleeping peacefully in his pack and play. For the first time in 3 months, he stopped waking up every two hours. I'm happy to report that since I've been home, he is practically sleeping through the night. Woo hoo!
One of my favorite things about going home is visiting with old friends. Meghan is awesome and always comes to visit me... and brings me fresh baked bread. I guess I should return the favor soon (with visiting, not the bread). We always have fun re-living our high school boredom days by visiting local car washes, driving to random places, bumming around downtown, making grilled cheese sandwhiches, swinging at the park, etc..

And no trip home is complete without stopping by the local bakery. And I still order my childhood favorite - a giant maple bar dough boy. Thanks for posing, Meghan.

Not pictured:
- Floor hockey every Wednesday with Cleaver girls and other friends from church. I survived without a single bruise!

- Soren's new best friends - cousins Cole and Hallie, my cousin Preston's kids. They would visit everyday and Soren would cry everytime they left.

- Fun trips to Goodwill. Second-hand stores are more fun away from Idaho and Utah - so much more to pick from! I bought two never-been-worn-still-with-price-tag dresses, a favorite game, some cute picture frames, etc...

- Lots of fun visiting with both my parents.

- Lots of spoiling from my mom, who made me my favorite meals and changed so many diapers that my first couple days back home, I forgot to change Soren until he leaked out.

- Visiting Telly on my drive back to Rexburg, where we had a short, but sweet visit.

- A happy reunion with Scott, who welcomed us back with lots of love and one
