The Wheelers meet the Super Mario Brothers

Most babies were dressed as something cute and cuddly for Halloween. However, that doesn't work for us (or rather it doesn't work for me). I wanted us all to dress up, since I believe you are never too old for Halloween. Just like you're never too old for a birthday party or Santa Clause.
Pre-Soren, dressing up for Halloween involved 80's rock, wigs, and too much hairspray. Fun - but I'm over it. We did it for almost 5 years. Plus, I didn't really want to dress my baby as a mini rocker with a groupie mom. Scott didn't have a problem with it.

You can tell the final pick. How cute is my little Mario? He kept rubbing off his eye-liner mustache. Scott's mustache cracks me up. He reminds me of Uncle Ricko, from Napolean Dynamite. It was a lot of fun.
And when Soren isn't playing Mario with his parents, he is looking uber cute and ready to steal some hearts.
And he has a secret... he just learned how to crawl this week! And today he waved at me for the first time.
