Book Review: My Cousin Rachel
My Cousin Rachel by Daphne du MaurierMy rating: 3 of 5 stars
Daphne Du Maurier's storytelling grips you tight and never really lets go. In the end, you are still wondering if she (Rachel) really did it. That said, I felt the story was a little too drawn out. There was a big wait for Phillip to finally wise up, which was a little frustrating for me as a reader. However, I love the beginning and the end.
I do recommend this book, but not as highly as Du Maurier's "Rebecca."
