I'm surviving...

I survived my first in-person job interview for a real job!

Not only did I survive, but my stomach stayed intact throughout the entire interview. Everything seem positive - they liked me, I liked them. I especially liked their anti-corporate atmosphere and "everyone has a labtop to work from home" philosophy. All seemed great - and then the bomb fell: They just hired someone. It wasn't me, they sweared, just my timing. Someone else got to them first. Overall, I handled it well. I'm just glad it was a good interview other than that. It really gave me the confidence I need to keep on pushing through to find a job.

Lesson learned: Don't let your fear stop you. We have challenges to become stronger.
