Schools starts

Today marks the end of summer and beginning of a new era where both of my kids are in school! Lucas began kindergarten this morning and Soren started second grade.

I am a little ball of nervous energy, unable to focus on the dishes that need washing and the article that needs writing.

Its not that I'm sad to see them leave for school - I love the opportunity it provides them and space it gives me. But I am a little disturbed at how quick time passes. Lucas is my baby who loves to snuggle and talk. I want to keep him like that forever!
